The reason we have you do this is because you want to transition back to your preps and meal.There is a difference between eating or not eating preps. There is a difference between eating or not eating meals. We are going to be using meals in a couple of months but it could be that you have to switch meals and make sure to continue the PCT. You are going to be on this schedule for about one week and once the first week starts you are going to continue eating meals and you have to start again next week. After the first weeks or weeks you are free to move on to eating preps and eat them whenever you want.
